Contributions to the event by people like you are what make the event so special and rewarding for everyone. We are looking for more people who share the same passion that we do and want to contribute to making the event a success.
As a volunteer you are part of the team and will play an important role in the event. Volunteers are expected to uphold the values and “esprit de corps” at all times. This is a family oriented event that promotes the sharing of knowledge in a safe, friendly and fun environment. As a Volunteer, it is your duty to ensure that the highest standards are maintained.
Volunteer activities will include gate greeting, activity support, information services, parking coordination, event cleanliness and other roles critical to our success.
Volunteers will work a total of 10 hours, receive free entry to the event, a complimentary meal plan and parking pass.
