The event will take place Friday October 4th through Sunday October 6th 2013.
Registration will begin at 2pm on Friday to allow plenty of time for everyone to trickle in and set up camp. Registration will remain open until 2pm Sunday. If you reserved a cabin or bed, it will be assigned to you during registration. All guests are required to register upon arrival and will receive a wristband that must be worn at all times throughout the event. Day pass registrants will be required to leave the event by midnight on Saturday and by 5pm on Sunday.
A welcome ceremony will take place on Friday at 9pm at the amphitheater. Workshops and activities will be available from 8am to 7pm on Saturday and from 8am to 6pm on Sunday. Our guest speaker will present on Saturday at 9pm and the moonlight social will end at midnight.
The cafeteria will be open from 7:30am-9am for breakfast, noon to 1:30pm for lunch and 7pm-8:30pm for dinner. You are allowed to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Food, beverage and merchandise vendors will be available throughout the duration of the event.
Everyone must be off the property by 6pm Sunday.
This is a rain and shine event so be prepared for anything!
